The practice of Mindfulness is a profound path of self realization that can lead to a complete sense of inner peace and fulfillment. While based in the 2500 year old Buddhist tradition, modern science is finding a keen interest in researching mindfulness meditation in order to understand how the mind works and also understand what methods people can use to cultivate a healthier and happier mind. With this interest and research many people are now turning to the practice of mindfulness meditation in the hopes of alleviating their stress and anxieties.

While there are of lots of people who are interested in meditation, many of them end up confused or discouraged when they first begin meditating because they didn’t have a good foundation or understanding that helps supports their practice.
